数学分析皮革抗张强度、撕裂强度和伸长率之间的关系

【摘要】 根据JALCA3篇论文中的数据,对成革的抗张强度、撕裂强度和伸长率三者之间的关系进行了数学分析。发现抗张强度、撕裂强度存在正向线性关系,而抗张强度和伸长率存在负相关系。另一方面,同一张皮中,其中一个方向的抗张强度、伸长率的乘积,等于和它成直角方向的抗张强度与伸长率的乘积,抗张强度与伸长率的乘积可以用来表征成革的物理性能。

【Abstract】 Based on three papers from JALCA, statistical analysis of the relationship between tensile strength, tear strength and elongation was presented.It was found that in most cases, there is a positive linear correlation between tensile strength and tear strength while there is a negative linear correlation between tensile strength and elongation. On the other hand, in the same hide, the products of tensile strength and elongation are equivalent in the direction of parallel and perpendicular to the backbone. Moreover, the product of tensile strength and elongation can be used as an additional index to assess the quality of finished leather.
