【摘要】 目的应用鼻咽纤维镜评价改良Furlow’s腭成形术矫治腭咽闭合功能不全的临床效果。方法采用Furlow’s腭成形术,对32例腭咽闭合不全患者进行手术修复,其中,7例为先天性腭咽闭合功能不全,25例为腭裂术后腭咽闭合不全。术后随访半年。术前术后应用鼻咽纤维镜检查其发‘i’音时的腭咽闭合不全率,评价改良Furlow’s治疗腭咽闭合不全的效果。结果所有患者术后均一期愈合。均未作松弛切口。28例患者术后6个月复诊,其语音清晰度,高鼻音以及鼻漏气都得到明显改善。鼻咽纤维镜结果显示:8例达到完全腭咽闭合,20例发‘i’音时腭咽闭合率达到75%。结论改良Furlow’s腭成形术有效的提高了VPI患者术后的腭咽闭合率,对发音功能的改善有明显的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the outcomes of correcting velopharyngeal insufficiency using modified Furlow′s palatoplasty by nasoendoscopy. Methods Velopharyngeal insufficiency in 32 patients were corrected by modified Furlow′s palatoplasty. In these patients, 7 had congenital velopharyngeal insufficiency, 25 post-palatoplasty insufficiency. All the patients were followed up for 6 months after surgery. The rate of velopharyngeal insufficiency was checked by nasoscopy before and after operation when ‘i’ was pronunced and the outcome for correcting velopharyngeal insufficiency was evaluated by modified Furlow′s palatoplasty. ResultsThere was significant improvement in hyper nasality, nasal emission and intelligibility. 8 patients achieved full velopharyngeal competence. 20 patients showed improvement in velopharngeal insufficiency to a rate of velopharyngeal closure 75%. Conclusion Rate of velopharyngeal closure is significantly improved by modified Furlow′s palatoplasty. Speech function is also significantly improved.更多还原
