【Abstract】 On the basis of the characteristics of Shenhua coal mine areas scattered in large geographical areas and Shenhua’s practices in resources and environment development over long period of time,also with regard to the characters in coal sector development,regional economic and environmental development and the problems in the development of coal resources,a study is carried out focusing on the method and ways to realize a harmonious development of coal resources by way of coal development by coal mines of extra large-sized coal company.To this end,a mechanism designed to promote resources and environment development in a coordinated way is set up aiming at its realization by large-sized coal mines scattered in large geographic areas.更多还原
