采用TOFD对薄壁堆焊层裂纹类缺陷的检测
【摘要】 针对薄壁堆焊结构中为裂纹类缺陷定位定量检测的需要,作者采用TOFD(Time Of Flight Diffraction)缺陷检测系统进行了检测。研究了其超声衍射时间差法的检测特征,对获得的A扫描信号和B、D扫描图像的特征进行了分析和解释。结果表明,该方法可以检测到表面下2~10mm内的垂直裂缝,结合A扫描信号和B、D扫描图像的特征,能够有效地对裂纹状缺陷进行识别、定位和定量。该技术能为堆焊质量评价提供比较可靠准确的信息;具有实用价值。
【Abstract】 For the purpose of identify and size Crack-type defects in the structure of surfacing welding,the detection approach of the time of flight diffraction(TOFD) was adopted in this paper.Studied it’s detect features,analyzed and interpreted it’s characteristics of A-scanning signals and B-scanning,D-scanning images.The results showed that this approach can detect vertical flaws correctly located from2-10 mm under the surface.By combining with A-scanning signals,B-scanning and D-scanning image crack-like defects can be identified,located and quantified effectively.The testing technology is valuable for inspector to estimate the quality of surfacing welding and provide more reliable and accurate information.
