复合白云石表面链状纳米CaCO3的制备
Preparation of Chain-Like Nano Carbonate on Composite Dolomite Surface
【摘要】 在Ca(OH)2—H2O—CO2反应体系中,根据非均匀成核原理,通过调整体系反应温度、Ca(OH)2浓度、ZnSO4添加量等反应参数,控制在白云石颗粒表面生成具有链状结构的纳米Ca-CO3包覆层.利用SEM,XRD等检测表征手段,分析了不同反应参数对纳米CaCO3晶形的影响.结果表明:当反应温度为25℃,ZnSO4加入量为Ca(OH)2的4%,Ca(OH)2浓度为0.3mol/L时,在白云石颗粒表面生成了长径比为7∶1的链状纳米CaCO3.提高体系的反应浓度能够减少ZnSO4的加入量.
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of heterogeneous nucleation,the reaction parameters including temperature,calcium hydroxide concentration and zinc sulfate additive,were adjusted.The chain-like nano calcium carbonate coating layer was formed on the composite dolomite surface in the Ca(OH)2—H2O—CO2system.The effects of different reaction parameters on the shape of nano calcium carbonate were analyzed using SEM and XRD.The results indicate that a chain-like nano calcium carbonate was formed on the dolomite particle surface when the reaction temperature is 25 ℃,zinc sulfate is 4% of calcium hydroxide weight,calcium hydroxide concentration is 0.3 mol/L.The aspect ratio of nano calcium carbonate is 7∶1.Enhancing the reaction concentration of system can reduce the weight of zinc sulfate.
