导引高频磁通感应钎焊制作金刚石砂轮
Diamond Grinding Wheel Made by Hich-frequency Induction Brazing with Magnetic Fluxled
【摘要】 利用特别设计的高频感应加热系统在氩气保护下钎焊制作了金刚石砂轮;通过电镜、能谱和X射线衍射等先进测试手段分析了金刚石、NiCr合金钎料和基体界面之间的微观结构;进行了砂轮的磨削加工试验。结果显示,钎焊金刚石表面有碳化铬形成;在钎料层和基体间存在结合牢固的扩散转移带。磨削试验证实,通过导引高频磁通感应钎焊制作的金刚石砂轮即使在重负荷加工过程中,也不存在磨粒脱落现象。
【Abstract】 A diamond grinding wheel was made by brazing with high-frequency induction heating system specially-designed under argon atmosphere.The interfacial microstructures among brazed diamond,the filler alloy and matrix were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersion spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Grinding examination of the grinding wheel was also carried through.The results show that chromium carbide is formed on diamond brazed and diffusion transfer band(DTB) lies between the filler alloy and matrix.Grinding examination of the wheel proves that diamond can not fall off from the wheel even at heavy duty conditions.
