【摘要】 目的观察可调长脉宽倍频Nd∶YAG532nm(VPW532)激光治疗增生性瘢痕与瘢痕疙瘩的疗效及安全性。方法使用VPW532激光分别治疗增生性瘢痕22例、瘢痕疙瘩10例,能量密度12～20J/cm2,光斑直径4～5mm,脉宽10～30ms,频率1～3Hz,治疗2～5次,治疗后3个月判断疗效和不良反应。结果22例增生性瘢痕治愈9例,显效7例,有效6例;10例瘢痕疙瘩治愈3例,显效3例,有效4例。结论VPW532激光治疗增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩均有良好疗效,不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of variable long-pulse frequency-doubled Nd∶YAG laser at wavelength of 532 nm (VPW532) in the treatment of hyperplastic scar and keloid. Methods A retrospective review was conducted from 22 patients with hyperplastic scar and 10 patients with keloid treated with VPW532 laser. The efficiency and side effects were evaluated. Results After 2-5 times of treatment with VPW532 laser,from 22 patients with hyperplastic scar,9 cases were healed,7 cases were satisfactory and 6 cases showed obvious effect;from 10 patients with keloid,3 cases were healed,3 cases were satisfactory,and 4 cases showed obvious effect.Conclusions Satisfactory results are obtained in patients with hyperplastic scar and keloid treated with VPW532 laser.
