【摘要】 目的评价倍频Nd∶YAG激光治疗牙本质过敏的临床疗效。方法牙本质过敏78例200颗患齿,其中100颗患齿应用倍频Nd∶YAG激光进行照射(A组),另100颗患齿常规氟化钠甘油脱敏(B组),评价脱敏术后即刻、2周、1和3个月两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后即刻、2周、1和3个月A组的有效率分别为99.0%,96.0%,93.0%和88.0%;B组有效率分别为81.0%、78.0%、72.0%、68.0%。激光照射治疗的有效率显著高于氟化钠甘油涂布治疗(P<0.05)。结论倍频Nd∶YAG激光治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效显著优于氟化钠甘油脱敏法,为临床治疗牙本质过敏症提供一种安全、有效、方便的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect after the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity by Nd∶YAG laser.Methods Nd∶YAG laser was compared with conventional NaF method for the treatment of typical dentine hypersensitivity.NaF method served as control group. Evaluation was carried out by statistical analysis immediately,two weeks,one and three months after treatment. Results For the 200 teeth of 78 patients,the efficiency of the laser group was 99.0%,96.0%,93.0% and 88.0% after the treatment shortly,one week later,two weeks later and three months later separately,while that of NaF group was 81.0%,78.0%,72.0% and 68.0%.The efficiency of the laser group was significantly higher than that of NaF group. There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions Nd∶YAG laser irradiation could decrease dentine hypersensitivity.The safe,effective and easy method is provided for treating the hypersensitive dentine by use of Nd∶YAG laser.更多还原
