【摘要】 目的研究糖尿病患者不良饮食行为在不同年龄、体重、职业及不同文化程度之间的分布,以便有针对性加强对糖尿病控制的健康教育。方法将不良饮食行为分为饮食无规律、饮酒、口味偏咸、吃饭速度快等,采用询问法对糖尿病患者进行调查。结果年龄40~49岁糖尿病患者饮食无规律者为37.59%,饮酒者为35.94%,明显高于其他年龄段;而50~59岁以口味偏咸及吃饭速度快分别为34.45%及34.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同体重间,BM I>24者、饮酒、口味偏咸及吃饭速度快明显高于其他组,分别为75.58%,72.49%及73.90%;饮食无规律在不同体重间差异无统计学意义;不同职业间,干部饮酒、口味偏咸及吃饭速度快明显高于其他组,分别为48.85%,31.36%,35.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同文化程度间以中等教育人群饮食无规律、饮酒、吃饭速度快明显高于其他组(P<0.05),而口味偏咸差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不良饮食行为在糖尿病患者中的分布不同,健康教育应有针对性,引导正确饮食行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe unhealthy dietary behaviors in diabetes mellitus(DM) patients related to the age,weight,occupation,education for health education in DM patients.Methods The unhealthy dietary behaviors were categeorized into irregular diet,drinking,salty taste,and fast eating.The information was collected with interview.Results The prevalence rate of irregulart diet in the patients aged between 40-49 years was 37.59% and the prevalence rate of alcohol drinking was 35.94%.The rate of the salty taste and faster eating in the patients aged between 50-59 was 34.45% and 34.43%,respectively.The proportions of fast eating,salty teste and alcohol drinking were higher in the patients with BMI>24 than those of other groups.There was no significant correlation between irregular diet and body weight in DM patients.The proportions of fast eating,salty teste,and alcohol drinking in cardres were higher than those of patients with other occupation(P<0.05).The patients with moderate education had higher prevalences of irregular diet,alcohol drinking,and fast eating than patients with lower or higher education.Conclusion The prevalences of the unhealthy dietary behavior vary among DM patients and health education should be promoted among the patients.更多还原
