【Abstract】 Objective Two mutated cataract male mice were found during our large scale laboratory animal production.We mated the cataract male mice with BALB/c female mice when they became mature.About 50% male and female mice of their offspring appeared with cataract.It indicates that the mutated cataract is controlled by an autosomal dominant trait.Now we manage to introduce the cataract gene into the BALB/c by backcross mating in order to establish a mouse model of inherited cataract(BALB/c^Cat/Cat).更多还原
