分布式风电源选址定容规划研究

【摘要】 针对风电机组出力的间歇性、波动性,以及负荷变化的不确定性,应用机会约束规划建立了分布式风电源(distributed wind generation,DWG)接入现有配电网的选址定容规划模型,以独立发电商(independent power producer,IPP)收益最大为目标函数,采用随机潮流判断规划方案是否违反节点电压约束和支路功率传输约束。将模拟植物生长算法(plant growth simulation algorithm,PGSA)应用到DWG选址定容规划中。33节点配电系统DWG规划结果验证了模型的合理性和PGSA算法的有效性。

【Abstract】 A planning scheme based on the chance constrained programming for siting and sizing of distributed wind generation (DWG) in the existing distribution networks is proposed. The planning objective is to maximize the benefit of an independent power producer (IPP) connected with the DWG, and the probabilistic power flow method is applied to judge whether the planning scheme satisfies the constraints of both the node voltage operation range and the transmission capacities of branches. An artificial intelligent algorithm namely the plant growth simulation algorithm (PGSA), is employed to solve the optimal planning of DWG. The case studies have been carried out on a 33-node distribution network, and the results show that the proposed optimal planning model of DWG is rational, and the PGSA is effective to solve the large-scale nonlinear integer programming optimization problem.
