【摘要】 目的了解2003年～2007年我院住院病人疾病构成及其变化趋势,以提高医疗质量,满足患者就医的需要。方法住院病人疾病采用国际疾病分类标准ICD-10进行分类。结果出院病人前十位疾病占总住院病人的78.5%,5年前十位疾病依次是:唇腭裂、口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤、牙颌面畸形、涎腺良性肿瘤、颅颌面骨折、涎腺非肿瘤性疾病、颌骨囊肿、颌面部血管淋巴管畸形、颌骨良性肿瘤、颌骨疾病。结论最大限度地合理使用现有卫生资源,进一步提高医疗技术水平,加强疾病的防治工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the disease constitution and tends of the inpatients from 2003 to 2007, to improve the medical quality and meet the needs of the patients. Methods The diagnoses are classified with ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases). Results From 2003 to 2007, the top 10 diseases for the discharged patients are Cleft lip Cleft palate, Malignant tumor of Oral and maxillofacial region, Dento-maxillofacial deformities, Salivary gland benign tumor, Cranio-facial bones fractures, Non-neoplastic salivary gland diseases, Jaw bone cyst, Blood and lympth abnormal of maxillofacial region, Jaw bone benign tumor, which account for 78.5% of the discharged patients. Conclusions We should maximize the usage of existing medical resources, improve medical technology further and enhance the prevention and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases.更多还原
