【摘要】 目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)对足月小于胎龄儿(TSGA)脑功能及听力检测的价值。方法:测定TAGA儿和TSGA儿的BAEP并比较其差异。结果:TSGA组Ⅰ波出波率、各波分化良好率及潜伏期、Ⅲ~Ⅴ及Ⅰ~Ⅴ波间期、Ⅰ和Ⅲ波波幅与TAGA组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BAEP是TSGA脑干听中枢功能异常和听力障碍早期筛查的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) in the detection of brain function and audition of term small for gestational age infants(TSGA).Methods:The BAEPs of TSGA and term appropriate for gestational age infant(TAGA) were detected and compared.Results:There was significant difference in the appearance rate of I waves,well-differentiation rate and peak latency of all waves,interphase peak latency of III-V waves and I-V waves,the wave amplitudes of I and III waves between TSGA group and TAGA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:BAEP is an effective method for early screening of auditory dysfunction and brainstem auditory centre abnormality in neonates and infants.更多还原
