【摘要】 目的:探讨影响IVF-ET后妊娠及分娩结局的因素。方法:回顾性分析IVF-ET后获妊娠的554个周期,比较不同年龄、不孕原因、妊娠胎数、助孕方式的妊娠及分娩结局。结果:与30～34岁组比较,≥38岁组妊娠丢失率增高,多胎妊娠率及分娩率降低(P<0.05),≤29岁组多胎妊娠率降低(P<0.05)。与盆腔卵管因素组比较,女方复合因素及PCOS组妊娠丢失率增高,分娩率降低(P<0.05)。与IVF组比较,TET组多胎妊娠率降低(P<0.01)。双胎妊娠较单胎妊娠早期流产率降低,剖宫产率及早产率增高,平均孕周减少,平均出生体重下降,<2.5kg低体重儿出生率增加(P<0.01);3胎妊娠较单胎及双胎妊娠早产率增高,平均孕周减少,平均出生体重下降,<2.5kg低体重儿出生率增加(P<0.01)。结论:多胎妊娠、年龄≥38岁和PCOS及女方复合因素不孕是影响IVF-ET后患者妊娠及分娩结局的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the factors of influencing the pregnancy outcome after IVF-ET.Methods:554 pregnancies after IVF were included in the study.The pregnancy outcome of different ages,etiologies of infertility,the number of fetus and techniques were compared.Results:The pregnancy loss rate of women aged ≥38 years old was higher than that of women aged 30～34 years old,and the multiple pregnancy rate and delivery rate of women aged ≥38 years old were lower than those of women aged 30～34 years old(P<0.05).The multiple pregnancy rate of women aged ≤29 years olds was low(P<0.05).Compared with pelvic tubal infertile patients,patients with PCOS and complex factors had increased pregnancy loss rate and decreased delivery rate(P<0.05).Compared with IVF group,TET group had decreased multiple pregnancy rate(P<0.01).Compared with single pregnancies,twin pregnancies had decreased early abortion rate,increased preterm labor rate and cesarean rate,reduced average gestational age and fetus’ weight,increased <2.5 kg low-weight fetuses rate(P<0.01).Compared with single and twin pregnancies,triplet pregnancies had increased preterm labor rate,reduced average gestational age and fetus’ weight,increased <2.5 kg low-weight fetuses rate(P<0.01).Conclusion:Multiple pregnancies,≥38 years old and female patient with PCOS and complex infertile factors could affect the pregnancy outcome after IVF-ET.更多还原
