【Abstract】 The mode of police-prosecutor relation in Great Britain is often reviewed or referred to in judicial reform.However,the legal systems vary from country to country owing to the different social environments. Therefore,the mode of police-prosecutor relation in Great Britain does not necessarily suit the specific conditions of China.Anyway its effectiveness and science in operation is still a good reference in exploring the police-prosecutor relation in China.更多还原
