【摘要】 为了研究现代服务业对城市空间演变的影响,以便为现代服务业的可持续发展和城市空间结构的优化提供参考,针对杭州市现代服务业的发展和现状,从城市经济学的角度探究了杭州市现代服务业对城市空间结构的影响.研究表明,现代服务业的发展支持了杭州市城市空间结构的扩展,1978年以后建成区扩展由圈层式向网络化方向发展;进一步推动了城市内部功能区发生置换;在城市中心区不断扩展的同时,次级中心不断形成;城市居住空间从以前单纯的邻里单位模式向复合功能的社区演.更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of modern service industry development to urban structure evolution was investigated to provide the reference for the sustainable development of modern service industry and the optimization of urban spatial structure.The influence of Hangzhou modern service industry on the urban spatial structure was analyzed on the viewpoint of urban economics aiming at the development and present situation of modern service industry.Results showed that the modern service industry development sustained the expansion of Hangzhou urban spatial structure;the built-up areas of the city expanded from circle to network;the replacement of urban functional areas was impelled;sub-central cities turned up as the central city expanded;residential space involved from simplex neighborhood units to complex functional community.更多还原
