【摘要】 目的探讨对预后良好型食管癌行常规分割放疗(CF)加化疗的疗效。方法对94例食管癌先采用化疗一周期,后行放疗,每次DT2Gy,至DT40Gy后随机分为CF组和CF+C组。CF组继续行常规放疗,总剂量:60～64Gy/6～6.4周。CF+C组放疗方法同CF组,并同时行化疗,方案同第一周期。结果1、2、3年生存率CF组分别为68.1%、38.3%、29.8%,CF+C组分别为85.1%、48.9%、40.4%。结论CF+C组较CF组提高了3年局控率(61.7%vs46.8%,P=0.022)和生存率(40.4%vs29.8%,P=0.034),远处转移率有下降(P=0.049)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of conventional radiotherapy(CF) combined with chemotherapy on CR+PR esophageal carcinoma. Methods First,76 patients received chemotherapy of cisplatin and fluorouracil,then,they were treated by CF of 2Gy per fraction to a dose of 40Gy in 20 fractions over 28 days;38 patients received CF(CF-group),to a total dose of 60～64 Gy in 30～32 fractions over 42～44 days. 38 patients received CF combined with chemotherapy(CF+C-group). Results The 1-,2-,3-year survival rates were 68.1%、38.3%、29.8% in the CF-group and 85.1%、48.9%、40.4% in the CF+C-group. Conclusion CF combined with chemotherapy improved the 3-local control rates and survival rates on CR+PR esophageal carcinoma when 40Gy of CF.更多还原
