【摘要】 目的探讨多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗晚期食管癌的疗效及毒性反应。方法68例晚期食管癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组采用多西他赛联合奈达铂进行化疗,对照组采用多西他赛联合顺铂进行化疗,均每21天化疗1次,每2疗程评价疗效,随访24个月。结果治疗组总有效率(54.0%)与对照组总有效率(45.1%)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应主要为骨髓抑制,其粒细胞及血小板减少达Ⅲ、Ⅳ度者与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多西他赛联合奈达铂方案治疗晚期食管癌疗效较好,毒性反应较轻,值得临床进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficiency and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with doxetaxel and nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Sixty-eight cases of advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control group and therapeutic group,therapeutic group treated with doxetaxel combined with nedaplatin,and control group admined with doxetaxel combined with cisplatin. The cycle was repeated every 21 days. After two consecutive treatment courses,the evaluation of the short term efficacy and adverse effects was carried out. Results The overall response rate in therapeutic group and control group were 54.0% and 45.1% respectively(P>0.05). The major toxicity and side effects were myelosuppression in therapeutic group,there were significant difference between control group and therapeutic group in the granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia. Conclusion Doxetaxel and nedaplatin is effective for the advanced esophageal cancer and the toxicity and side effects are tolerable.更多还原
