【摘要】 目的探讨慢性过敏性疾病的病因及脱敏治疗效果。方法对426例患者进行吸入物变应原皮试并对218例阳性者进行脱敏治疗。结果阳性率高的疾病依次为过敏性鼻炎、荨麻疹、哮喘、卡他性结膜炎、过敏性紫癜及湿疹;阳性率高的变应原依次为尘螨、室内尘土、花粉、昆虫、霉菌等;脱敏治疗有效率为82.1%。结论特异性脱敏治疗对慢性过敏性疾病具有良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the etiological factors of chronic anaphylactic diseases and its desensitization treatment efficacy.Methods Skin tests of inhalant allergen were made among 426 patients,of which 218 who were positive received spicific desensitization treatment.Results Among the anaphylactic diseases,high positive ratios were allergic rhinitis,urticaria,vernal conjunctivitis,asthma,allergic purpura,eczima in order,and in the group of inhalant allergen,were dust,pollen,insect,fungus ect.Conclusion Spicific desensitization treatment have good efficacy for chronic anaphylactic diseases.更多还原
