【摘要】 目的探讨肝内胆管结石治疗的有效方法,以积累经验,指导临床工作。方法共收集我院诊治的96例肝内胆管结石患者,应用胆总管切开取石加内引流术治疗30例,应用胆总管切开加胆道镜取石32例,应用肝叶或肝段切除术治疗34例,回顾性分析其临床治疗效果。结果肝切除术组和胆总管切开加胆道镜取石术组患者治疗的优良率明显高于胆总管切开取石加内引流术组;肝切除术组患者的残石率明显低于胆总管切开取石加内引流术组。结论肝切除术治疗肝内胆管结石,效果好,残石率低,是一种有效的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the treatment of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone,for accumulating clinical experience and improving their treatment.Methods Retrospective clinical studies were performed on 96 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone.30 cases were treated by common bile duct exploration and internal drainage.32 cases were removed by common bile duct exploration and fiber biliary endoscopy.34 cases were treated by hepatectomy.Results The excellent and good rate were obviously lower in the common bile duct exploration and internal drainage group than in the other groups.The residual stone rate were obviously lower in the hepatectomy group than in the common bile duct exploration and internal drainage group.Conclusion Treatment of hepatectomy is worthy of being recommended in patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone.更多还原
