组合传动发电机自动试验技术的研究

【摘要】 组合传动发电机是飞机供电系统的重要设备。研制一套集直流调速技术、通讯技术、测试技术和虚拟仪器技术为一体的组合传动发电机试验系统,能够自动完成该类发电机各种试验工作。该系统不仅能节省大量的人力、降低劳动强度、提高试验效率,还提高了组合传动发电机的试验质量。本系统能对组合传动发电机的性能及维修后的状态进行检测分析,对确保飞机的安全运行有着十分重要的现实意义。通过测试表明,该系统工作性能稳定,自动化水平和测量精度高,用户操作简便,具有很好的发展前景。

【Abstract】 IDG is an important device of aircraft power system.The paper present a testing system by intergrating several sorts of technology of DC converter technology,communication technology,testing technology and virtual instrument technology,which can finish many kinds of testing work on the generator automaticly.The testing system can not only save a lot of man power,decrease labor intention and raise testing efficiency,but also raise generator testing quality.The testing system is of very important reality significance to test and analyze the quality and state of the generator.Experiment result indicats that the testing system can run steadily,measure the parameters of generator fastly and precisely,and be operated simply,and it has good future for testing generator.
