间歇式抽油技术研究与电机节能控制器在油田的应用

【摘要】 通过对油层的实际压力恢复数学模型的分析,提出了设计间歇式抽油的技术概念,并应用微电脑技术与石油地质、采油工程技术相结合,制造了油田间歇式抽油节能控制器,该控制器控制抽油机根据油层供液状况变化进行动态的智能化的调整,科学的减少了抽油机的工作时间,节省用电能耗。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces an intermittent oil extration technology of the oil field.The mathematic model of the oil pressure recovery process is established.The controller for the electric motor is also introduced,which can intelligently control the working time with the change of the actual oil level.
