超高频RFID零中频接收机噪声分析

【摘要】 为了降低成本和降低电路复杂程度,超高频RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,即射频识别技术)阅读器接收电路一般采用零中频解调方式。文章对采用收发天线共用方式的零中频RFID接收链路的噪声水平进行分析,为超高频RFID射频接收电路的详细设计提供依据。

【Abstract】 Zero-IF receiver is widely used in the Ultra-High Frequency RFID system to reduce the cost and complexity of the circuit.This paper analyzes the noise factor of the homodyne RFID receiver which shares the same antenna with thetransmitter.
