【摘要】 本文阐述了中共中央政治局常务委员会决定从美国西屋公司引进AP1000核电技术和合作建造4台AP1000核电机组,是实现我国第三代核电自主化的战略决策。从安全性、成熟性、经济性、放射性排出物以及科技含量等方面说明第三代AP1000非能动核电厂是一种更简化、更安全、更经济和有持续发展前途的核电厂堆型。本文也扼要地介绍了AP1000非能动核电厂的先进数字化仪表控制系统。无论在设计理念上,还是在具体的系统设计方面,AP1000核电厂的仪表控制系统与第二代压水堆核电厂有较大的不同,使核电厂的运行和安全性能都得到很大的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article addresses that to import AP1000 nuclear power technology from Westinghouse Electric Corporation and cooperatively construct 4 units of AP1000 nuclear power plant is stratagem decision-making to realize third generation nuclear power self-reliance program which is decided by the Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee. Third generation AP1000 passive nuclear power plant is a more simplified ,safer and economic ,and sustainable development type reactor which can be explained from safety ,proven technology ,economy, radioactive effluent, and contents of the science and technology etc. The article also briefly introduced AP1000 digital I&C system。 AP1000 I&C system is differ from second generation nuclear power plant whether the design idea or the design technique of I&C system to improve the operation capability and safety of the nuclear power plant.更多还原
