【摘要】 目的探讨Th1细胞特异性转录因子T-bet和Th2细胞特异性转录因子GATA-3在寻常性银屑病发病机制中的意义。方法采用免疫组化技术检测23例寻常性银屑病患者皮损和6例正常人皮肤中CD4和CD8以及T-bet和GATA-3的表达和分布。结果寻常性银屑病患者皮损中CD4和T-bet的表达明显高于正常人皮肤(P<0.01),且CD4表达较强的皮损中T-bet的表达也较强,但两者表达阳性的淋巴细胞分布并不一致;而银屑病患者皮损中CD8和GATA-3的表达与正常人皮肤差异无显著性。结论寻常性银屑病皮损的形成和发展可能通过T-bet调控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of Th1 specific transcription factor T-bet and Th2 specific transcription factor GATA-3 in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression and distribution of CD4/CD8 and T-bet/GATA3 in lesions from 23 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and in skin of 6 normal controls.Results The expression of CD4 and T-bet psoriasis lesions were markedly higher than that in normal controls(P<0.01),the expression of T-bet was relatively higher in lesions showing strong CD4 expression,but the location and extension of expression of the two antibodies were different.But the expressions of CD8 and GATA-3 between psoriasis patients and normal controls had no significant difference.Conclusions Tbet may correlate with the development of psoriasis.更多还原
