石墨相C3N4的高温高压研究
Studies of g-C3N4 at high temperature and high pressure
【摘要】 为了得到超硬相的C3N4,利用石墨相C3N4(g-C3N4)为实验的初始原料,利用六面项压机高温高压实验技术,对g-C3N4进行了高温高压研究.实验结果表明,在5.2 GPa、600℃和5.2 GPa、800℃两个压力和温度点,制备的样品经过X射线衍射(XRD)分析,样品仍然为g-C3N4,当温度升到1000℃时,发现样品发生了变化,经XRD和X光电子能谱(XPS)分析,g-C3N4完全分解为石墨.
【Abstract】 Graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) was used as raw materials for synthesizing superhard C3N4. High-temperature and high-pressure (HTHP) technique has been used to investigate the g-C3N4 by a cubic anvil high-pressure apparatus. The results show that samples were still g-C3N4 at 600 ℃ and 800 ℃ under 5. 2 GPa by X-ray diffraction analysis. But, the samples were changed at 5. 2 GPa and 1000 ℃. X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis indicated that g-C3N4 decompose entirely into graphite.
