【摘要】 对ZnO:Ga晶体进行质子辐照实验研究,得到对脉冲质子的响应波形和发光强度随质子能量的变化关系,并对实验现象和结果进行了分析。结果表明,该晶体对质子束具有很好的响应特性,与快速光电探测器相结合,可作为反冲质子探测元件,用于脉冲中子探测。

【Abstract】 The experiment of ZnO:Ga crystal to pulsed proton was performed.The time response to protons and relationship between the luminescence intensity of crystal and the proton energy were obtained.The phenomena and results were analysed.The results show that the crystal has a good response to proton beam,and can be used to detect pulsed neutrons in recoil proton system with fast photodevice.
