【摘要】 目的对支气管哮喘患者进行特异性免疫治疗,并观察其疗效。方法对351例支气管哮喘进行血清体外特异性IgE(sIgE)检测,同时采用酵素免疫法检测35种过敏原(sIgE),并使用NHD长效混合变应原尘螨(含50%粉尘螨、50%屋尘螨)及霉菌(含烟曲霉、特异青霉菌、芽霉菌属等)作特异性免疫治疗。结果351例支气管哮喘患者,经特异性免疫治疗,历时4年,平均总有效率为86.20%。结论NHD长效混合变应原治疗是治疗支气管哮喘有效的对因治疗方法,也是一种可能根治的疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The bronchial asthma patients treated by specific immunity therapy, and to observe the curative effect. Method To detect serum sIgE with 351 bronchial asthma patients, and to detect 35 kinds of allergen by ferment immunifaction. All the patients treated by NHD prolonged action allergen acaridan and mycetes. Result 351 bronchial asthma patients, treated by specific immunity therapy, 4 years later, and the total effective rate is 86.20%. Conclusion NHD prolonged action allergen is a effective method to treat bronchial asthma, and may be a radical method.更多还原
