预报误差法在气动系统模型辨识的应用与实现

【摘要】 预报误差法是一种精确度较高的辨识方法,其辨识误差要远远小于最小二乘法。本文对实际生产中气动系统采用预报误差法进行气动模型参数的辨识,得到该系统的动态模型。将辨识模型仿真结果与系统实验测量数据进行比较,该模型是可信的。这个模型不仅能够较好的反映系统的动态特性,而且有利于系统控制器的设计。

【Abstract】 Prediction error method is high precise identification method and the identification error is less than A new computer control system of the pneumatic friction clutch and brake in mechanical press is proposed. The pneumatic friction clutch and brake system is identified in the test. On the basis of analyzing the system, normal model structure, error predictive method and the experimental model of the pneumatic system are presented. From comparing the results of identification with the test data, the model is proved. A perfect model of the pneumatic friction clutch and brake system is obtained. The model not only well reflects the dynamic characteristics of the system but also can help the system controller design.
