金属管材中周向激光热应力场的有限元分析
Analysis of the Laser-induced Circumferential Thermal Stress Fields in Hollow Metal Cylinders by Finite Element Method
【摘要】 在激光超声的研究中,基于得到的温度场分布,把温度场作为新的加载,用有限元结构分析法数值模拟了金属圆管中脉冲激光线源产生的热应力场情况,得到了铝管中周向不同时刻的瞬态应力场,分别给出了在激光作用过程中温度上升阶段和温度下降阶段的周向正应力的等值图分布情况。数值结果表明:周向拉应力最大值处在激光作用区域边缘处,压应力在材料表面激光作用区域中心最大。
【Abstract】 Based on the laser-induced temperature fields, the transient thermal stress fields generated by a pulsed line-source laser in aluminum pipe are analyzed by using a finite element method. The circumferential thermal stress fields are obtained at various time. The isolines’ distributions of circumferential thermal stress are shown according to the time during the temperature -rising and the temperature-descending. The numerical results denoted, the center of the laser irradiation range at the material surface has the biggest compressive resistance, and there has the biggest tensile stress at the edge of the laser irradiation range.
