【Abstract】 Hypertension is the clinical syndrome that high blood pressure is the main symptom.A growing number of studies have shown that hypertension may be a chronic low-grade inflammatory state,and inflammation may play a key role in the development of hypertension and target organ damage.Many studies have shown that NADPH oxidase mediated oxidative stress plays an important role in inflammation of hypertension.Researching the role of NADPH oxidase in the process of hypertension will help to better understand the mechanism of hypertension inflammation and provide a new target for the treatment of hypertension.This article reviews about the role of NADPH oxidase in inflammation of hypertension.更多还原
