NADPH氧化酶在高血压炎症进程中的意义
The Role of NADPH Oxidase in Inflammation of Hypertension
【摘要】 高血压是以血压升高为主要表现的临床综合征。近年来越来越多的研究显示,高血压可能是一种慢性低度炎症状态,炎症在高血压的发生、发展及靶器官损害过程中可能起着关键作用。许多研究表明,NADPH氧化酶介导的氧化应激在高血压炎症过程中起着重要作用。探讨NADPH氧化酶在高血压炎症进程中的意义将有助于更好地理解高血压炎症的机制以及为高血压的治疗提供新的靶点。因此,本文针对NADPH氧化酶在高血压炎症进程中的意义进行简述。
【Abstract】 Hypertension is the clinical syndrome that high blood pressure is the main symptom.A growing number of studies have shown that hypertension may be a chronic low-grade inflammatory state,and inflammation may play a key role in the development of hypertension and target organ damage.Many studies have shown that NADPH oxidase mediated oxidative stress plays an important role in inflammation of hypertension.Researching the role of NADPH oxidase in the process of hypertension will help to better understand the mechanism of hypertension inflammation and provide a new target for the treatment of hypertension.This article reviews about the role of NADPH oxidase in inflammation of hypertension.
