【摘要】 目的应用改良Park′s方法治疗伴有斜视的先天性眼球震颤。方法在Park′s方法的基础上对于手术中没有涉及的水平肌肉进行单纯的肌腱切断与原位缝合治疗26例伴有斜视的先天性眼球震颤。结果22例眼球震颤减轻,3例不变,1例加重;20例在正前方双眼同时注视视力较术前提高至少两行;19例代偿头位消失,5例代偿头位基本消除;26例眼位均获得正位。结论应用改良的Park′s方法治疗伴有斜视的先天性眼球震颤手术简单、效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinic effect of congenital nystagmus (CN) with strabismus by using improved Park’s method.Methods Twenty-six cases with congenital nystagmus with strabismus were operated by using improved Park’s method.In the base of Park’s method the horizontal rectus muscles which were not involved were operated by using tenotomy surgery.Results In 22 cases the nystagmus was damped,in 3 cases there were no change,only in 1case the nystagmus was aggravated;Compared with the preoperative visual acuity,the final binocular visual acuity in the original position 20 cases enhanced at least 2 rows.The compensatory head posture in 19 cases was disappeared,in 5 cases was basic disappeared.All cases were achieved orthophoria.Conclusions The method of improved Park’s method for treatment of congenital nystagmus with strabismus is a simple and better effect method.更多还原
