【摘要】 目的探讨外周动脉闭塞的介入治疗方法。方法回顾分析19例外周动脉闭塞动脉导管留置间断给药溶栓的治疗过程与疗效观察。结果通过影像学手段发现栓塞部位与长度,选择适合的穿刺方式,导丝开通,导管送入适当位置,留置导管间断给药。血管再通或基本再通可达59.1%,症状显著好转至基本消失的达77.3%,所有患者症状均有改善。结论留置导管间断给药是治疗外周动脉血栓的有效手段,创伤小、易操作、疗效好,具有良好的临床应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Inquire into the methods about the interactive treatment of surrounding artery throumbus. Methods The treatment course and the curative effect were reviewed and analyzed in 19patients who suffered from the surrounding artery thrombus by lying up artery pipe to give medicine intermittent. Results Finding the location and the length of embolism by the radiological methods,choosing the suitable puncture way,using wire to open,delivering the pipe to the suitable part,lying up the pipe to give medicine intermittent . The percent of vessel’s completely or basically patency could be 59.1%.While the symptoms improved significantly or disappeared mostly in 77.3% patients. All the patients’ symptoms have been meliorated. Conclusion lying pipe to give medicine intermittently is the effective methods for the thrombus in surrounding artery,which was less damagement,easy to operate,well curative effects,and have better clinical application value.更多还原
