【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方甲亢片中甲巯咪唑的含量。方法:采用Agilent HC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-水(7∶93)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长252nm。结果:甲巯咪唑在6.6~52.8μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为2.4%。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏,专属性强,能准确测定复方甲亢片中甲巯咪唑的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for the determination of thiamazole content in Fufangjiakang tablets.Methods:HPLC was used.The chromatographic conditions were:Agilent HC-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),methanol-water(7∶93)as mobile phase,flow rate being 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength at 252 nm.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 6.6-52.8 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 98.5%(RSD=2.4%).Conclusion:The mothod is simple,fast and accurate for analysis of thiamazole.更多还原
