镍钴电镀液中钴含量容量分析法的改进

【摘要】 该文介绍了一种以过氧化氢代替过硫酸铵作氧化剂对EDTA配位滴定法测定镍钴电镀液中钴含量的方法的改进,通过对试样的分析,获得满意结果。

【Abstract】 This article deals with a revised method which substitutes hydrogen peroxide for ammonium perosydissulfate as oxidant to measure Co content in Ni-Co electroplating solution in EDTA complex-formation method. The satisfactory results can be obtatined through analyzing samples.
