加强林业企业文化建设的几点思考
Thinking of Strengthening Culture Construction in Forestry Enterprise
【摘要】 企业文化对企业全体员工的思想及行为具有导向、凝聚和规范作用。论述目前林业企业对企业文化建设缺乏正确的理解与认识,形式化、雷同化严重,缺乏战略思考和决策。指出林业企业文化建设应具有高度的战略性、鲜明的时代性、明确的目的性、企业价值与员工价值的统一性,应注重循序渐进和实践性。提出林业企业要把培育有凝聚力的企业价值观作为企业文化建设的出发点,把建设人本文化和学习型文化作为企业文化的中心,把突出时代特色和林业企业的个性特征作为企业文化建设的核心,把客户满意的经营理念作为企业文化建设的落脚点。
【Abstract】 Enterprise culture possesses the functions of guidance, cohesion and regulation.Demonstrated that forestry enterprises failling to get proper understanding about the construction of enterprise culture and their understanding tends to be formalization and duplication,lacking of strategic considerations and decisions.It is expounded that the construction of enterprise culture should be highly strategic, brightly contemporary, clearly purposive;the unity of the value of enterprise and employees should be emphasized and advance step by step and practicality should be laid stress on.Proposed that the construction of forestry enterprise culture should be based on fostering the enterprise values focused on cohesion, should be focused on the buildup of humanism culture and learning culture, high lighting the characteristics of times and forestry enterprise itself should be regarded as the core of the construction of forestry enterprise culture and the customer’s satisfaction-oriented management conception should be served as the destination of the construction of forestry enterprise culture.
