【摘要】 从使用的仪器、试剂与操作程序上论述了八角果实含水量及含油量测定实验的新、老两种方法。通过对两种方法的测定结果作比较,论证了该八角果实含水量及含油量测定实验新方法具成本低、操作简便的优点;运用气-质联用仪(GC-MS)对其所得八角茴香油进行组成分析,结果表明除个别样品外,所得八角茴香油主要组分均符合国家标准GB/T 15068-94的技术要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two methods for determining the contents of water and oil in fruit of star anise were described from instruments,reagents and experimental procedures.Through comparing with the old method,it was verified that the developed new method is economical and convenient.The components of star anise oil were analyzed,it was found that the components of star anise oil was in compliance with the technical requirements of GB/T 15068-94.更多还原
