【摘要】 为了探讨金属类配合物与肿瘤相互作用的多样性,需要了解人体宿主细胞的复杂性,了解变异细胞肿瘤的发生与发展、种类及其多样性特点;分析了化学药物治疗肿瘤的多样性和选择性以及联合用药的局限性;介绍了治疗肿瘤理论的研究现状,指出肿瘤特别是恶性肿瘤的多样性特点和化学药物治疗肿瘤的多样性及联合用药的局限性是肿瘤难治的根本原因。研究指出,环境因素和生活习惯带来的人体内微量元素的缺乏或过量的影响也是很重要的。在此基础上提出了治疗肿瘤理论的多样性观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multiplicity and selectivity on chemical pharmacological treatment on tumor and the union medication limitation were analyzed,and present situation on tumor treatment theory was introduced.Tumor was difficult to govern due to the multiplicity of tumor especially malignant tumor,and chemical pharmacological treatment on tumor and the limitation of union medication.Simultaneously,environmental factor and living habits caused deficiency or excess of trace elements from human body.Thus the treatment theory on tumor also had multiplicity.更多还原
