【摘要】 目的探讨急性脑出血患者心电图的异常及其临床意义。方法回顾分析163例急性脑出血患者的心电图异常与其病情及预后关系。结果163例脑出血患者中心电图检查异常者129例,占79.1%,且与年龄、出血部位、出血量相关。心电图异常组的并发症的发生率,病死率较心电图正常组明显增高。结论急性脑出血时的心电图变化,对判断病情及评估预后有重要临床价值,应加强监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the changes of electrocardiogram (ECG) and the clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the relationship between the ECG change and clinical condition, prognosis in 163 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Results In 163 patients,129 ECG are abnormal(79.1%),which are relative with age、the hemorrhage position and Volume. The complication and mortality rate of abnormal ECG group was higher than the normal ECG group. Conclusion The changes of ECG with acute cerebral hemorrhage has important clinical value to the estimate of pathologic condition and the evaluation of prognosis.we shall strengthen the supervision to it.更多还原
