【摘要】 目的探讨超声在诊断宫外孕中的应用价值,以提高宫外孕的检出率。方法回顾分析72例宫外孕声像图表现,将超声结果与临床病理及随访资料进行对比研究。结果72例宫外孕中,31例位于左侧输卵管,37例位于右侧输卵管,2例位于右侧宫角部,1例位于左侧宫角部,1例位于子宫颈。漏诊3例,误诊1例,超声确诊68例,超声诊断符合率94%。结论B超在宫外孕的诊断中具有重要的临床价值,可为临床医生制定治疗方案提供可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound diagnosis in Ectopi Pregnancy(EP) for improving dectaction rate of EP.Methonds Retrospective analysis of Sonograms in 72 cases with EP,The ultrasound findings and the dinical pathology were analyzed and compared.Results In 72 cases with EP,31 cases on the left uterine tube,37 cases on the right Uterine tube,2 cases on the right cornu,1 case on the left cornu,1 case at cervix.3 cases missed diagnosis,1 case misdiagnosed,68 cases final diagnosis wih ultrosonography,the diagnostic accuracy of ultrosonography rate was 94%.Conclusions Ultrasonography is very useful in diagnostic EP,which could help clinical doctors make a remendy plan of treatment.更多还原
