顺序注射化学发光法测定环境水中痕量磷

【摘要】 在碱性介质中,基于磷酸根和钼酸铵生成的杂多酸与鲁米诺产生化学发光反应,且发光强度与磷的浓度在一定范围内成线性响应,据此建立了测定痕量磷的顺序注射化学发光的新方法。对影响发光强度的进样顺序、试剂浓度、流速和试剂体积进行了优化,采用掩蔽剂和阳离子交换树脂消除了干扰组分。方法的线性范围分别为0.16~1.30μg/L和6.5~65.2μg/L,检出限为0.09μg/L,对浓度为32.6μg/L磷平行测定11次的相对标准偏差为0.90%。所建立的方法用于地表水和饮用水中溶解的痕量磷的测定,回收率为90%~105%。

【Abstract】 In this work,a simple and rapid sequential injection method was reported for the determination of phosphorus in environmental waters based on the detection of the intensity of luminol chemiluminescence reaction with molybdophosphoric heteropoly acid.The molybdophosphoric heteropoly acid formed by phosphate and ammonium molybdate in acidic conditions generated chemiluminescence reaction with luminol.And the chemiluminescence intensity is linear with the cocentration of phosphorus in a certain range.Experimental conditions were optimized.The linear ranges of the calibration curves were 0.16-1.30 μg/L and 6.5-65.2 μg/L,respectively,and the detection limit was 0.09 μg/L.The RSD of proposed procedure was 0.9%(ρ=33 μg/L,n = 11).The cation interference was eliminated by passing the sample solution through cation resin micro-column.Silicate was effectively masked by the addition of tartaric acid and other common anions had no interference at their maximum admissible concentrations in surface waters.The method was applied to the determination of phosphorus in environmental waters with the recoveries in 90%-105%.
