【摘要】 高校应从对大学生一入校就开始进行全程化职业指导,帮助大学生进行自我认知,形成科学的职业价值观;帮助大学生进行环境评价和职业探索,在此基础上拟定职业生涯实施方案;指导大学生进行职业准备,并进行就业指导与服务。实施途径应坚持围绕职业目标,推动学生的全面发展;思想教育和心理疏导相结合;理论和实践相结合;普遍指导和个性化辅导相结合;将创业教育融入职业指导之中。更多还原
