【摘要】 目的比较观察乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AChE)阳性神经在大鼠肠道的分布特征。方法应用胆碱酯酶组织化学方法,分别观察AChE阳性神经在大鼠道肠的分布规律。结果①AChE阳性神经纤维密布肠壁各层和肠肌丛,以粗大纤维居多;肠道各段肠肌丛内AChE阳神经纤维的分布密度有明显差异,即从十二指肠、空肠到回肠逐渐增多,从结肠到直肠逐渐减少。②肠肌丛中酶阳性神经元十分丰富,密布于节(丛)和节间束内。肠道各段肠肌丛内AChE阳性神经元的分布密度有明显的差异,回肠>空肠>十二指肠>结肠>直肠。结论AChE阳性神经在不同肠段的分布密度有明显差异,可能与不同肠段肠动力调节功能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A comparative study on the distribution characteristics of AChE-positive nerves in intestinal tract of rats.Methods The distribution of AChE-positive nerves in intestinal tract of rats were respectively observed by using AChE histochemical method.Results ①AChE-positive nerves distributed densely in each laminae and Auerbach’myenteric plexus(AMP) of intestinal tract of rat.AChE-positive nerves were mainly coarse fibers;there were obvious density differences on the distribution of AChE-positive nervous fibers in different seg-ments of intestinal tract of rat: From duodenum,jejunum to ileum,AChE-positive nerves showed gradually increase tendency in quantity,while from colon to rectum,AChE-positive nerves showed gradually decrease tendency in quantity.②There were extremely abundant AChE-posi-tive neurons in AMP,distributed densely in nervous plexus and interganglionic bundles.There were obvious density differences on the distribu-tion of AChE-positive neurons in Auerbach’myenteric plexus(AMP) of different segments of intestinal tract of rat: ileum>jejunum>duode-num>colon>rectum.Conclusion There were obvious density differences on the distribution of AChE-positive nerves in different segments of intestinal tract of rat,which might be related to the regulation of function of motility of intestine in different segments of intestinal tract of rat.更多还原
