基于锑掺杂的高灵敏度纳米SnO2气体传感器
High-Sensitivity Nano-SnO2 Gas Sensor Based on Sb-doped Materials
【摘要】 采用非水溶剂溶胶-凝胶法制备了粒径为10 nm左右的SnO2基纳米气敏材料,制作成烧结型气体传感器,通过锑的掺杂来提高纳米SnO2气体传感器的灵敏度和选择性,结果表明,锑的掺杂百分比为0.045%时,传感器对酒精的灵敏度最大,并对酒精显示出良好的选择性和响应恢复特性。
【Abstract】 Nano Sb-doped SnO2 powders with 10 nm diameters were obtained by sol-gel method with non-water solvent.Sintered -type gas sensors made of the as - synthesized SnO2 nanopowders were fabricated to detect sensitivity and selectivity for different combustible gas.The results indicate that the obtained gas sensors show a higher sensitivity and a better selectivity to alcohol when the Sb-doped concentration was 0.045%molar percentage.
