【摘要】 文中从结构设计、制作工艺、原材料的性能参数选择等方面介绍了影响差压传感器双向过载误差的因素及完善双向过载误差方法的体会。

【Abstract】 It focus on the impact factor and the improved method on both - way overload error of the differential sensor from the structure design,fabrication processes and the choice of the raw material.
