基于嵌入式系统的SF6回收净化再生系统设计与实现
SF6 Reclaiming and Purge Regenerative System Based on Embedded System
【摘要】 文中开发了基于嵌入式系统的SF6回收净化再生系统。同时,利用可编程控制器和现场总线技术实现对SF6气体自动化、全天候回收、净化、再生处理。实验和现场应用表明:该系统性能稳定、安全可靠、回收率高,回收净化后的SF6气体符合国家标准要求,提高了SF6电气开关和电力运行的可靠性和安全性,达到节能减排的效果。
【Abstract】 The SF6 reclaiming and purge regenerative system was designed based on embedded system and using the programmable logical controller and field bus techniques.The SF6 gas was reclaimed and purged regenerated in automatic,all-weather.Tests and field application show that the system is stable,safe and reliable,high in reclaiming ratio and the SF6 gas purity after reclaiming and purge fully reach the domestic standard.The use of this system improves the reliability and safety of SF6 electric equipments,achieves the effect of energy-saving and gas emission reduction,and reduces greenhouse effect.
