【摘要】 介绍了卷烟吸阻测量仪自动分拣装置的设计及其工作原理。选择TMS320LF2407作为中央处理器,实现了自动分拣装置控制系统电路设计。由于该芯片是为实现电机数字控制专门设计的,其内部集成了电机控制用的外围设备,简化了驱动运动部件直流电机和步进电机的控制系统硬件组成,降低了成本。最后,给出了软件编程流程框图。卷烟吸阻测量仪自动分拣装置可以降低检测人员劳动强度,提高分拣准确度,提高检测效率。实践证明:它的研制具有十分重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the design and working principle of the automatic sort device of cigarette draw resistance measuring instrument.DSP chip TMS320LF2407 was chosen as the CPU,this paper designed the automatic sort device control system.As this chip is specifically designed for the implementation of digital motor control,it has integrated the auxiliary equipment of motor control,so that it simplifies the hardware system of DC motor and stepping motor which drives the motion component,and lowers the cost.The flow chart of software was given.The automatic sort device control system of cigarette draw resistance measuring instrument can reduce the labor intensity of testing personnel,improve the sort accuracy,and enhance detection efficiency.Facts have proved that its development is of great significance.更多还原
