【摘要】 介绍了一种先进的基于虚拟仪器的弧焊电参数测试仪。以电弧电压和焊接电流为信号源,采用LabVIEW 7.1作为软件开发平台,开发了集试验参数设置、数据采集及处理和数据回放及分析三大模块为一体的测试系统。试验结果表明:该弧焊参数虚拟测试分析仪具有良好的灵活性和实用性,人机界面友好。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presented a novel technique based on virtual instrument(VI) for test and analysis of arc welding electric parameters such as welding current and arc voltage.The virtual instrument that was developed by graphical programming language of LabVIEW 7.1 included three modules,experiment parameter setting,data sampling,data processing and data playback and analysis module.Experimental results show that the arc welding parameters virtual instrument has a better flexibilitypracticality and its man-machine interface is friendly.更多还原
