基于虚拟仪器的旋转机械振动测试系统
Testing and Analyzing System of Speed and Vibration of Revolving Machinery
【摘要】 设计并搭建了一个以电动机为测试对象的旋转机械测试系统,利用虚拟仪器的思想对该系统的应用软件部分进行了分析设计,划分了各功能模块,较详细地论述了主程序的编程特点,给出了主程序的LabVIEW的前面板和框图程序。通过对该系统的测试和对测试结果的分析,表明该系统运行稳定正常结果符合理论值。
【Abstract】 Aimed at electric motor,this paper designed and established a testing system of revolving machinery,the ideology of virtual instrument was used to the application software,and different functional sections was given.The programming characteristic of the main program was discussed in detail,and the LabVIEW front panel and frame program were also given.By testing and analyzing the results,this system was proved to be functional properly,and the testing result was accord with the theoretical value.
