分布式多点远程温度检测系统设计
Design of Long-distance Temperature Distributed Multipoint Detection System
【摘要】 检测系统采用主从分布式结构。从机检测电路应用宽范围铂热敏电阻传感器,并通过改变仪用放大器反馈电阻进一步提高测量范围,利用过采样技术使温度分辨力提高到0.0061℃。应用RS-232与RS-485接口信号的特征,巧妙地设计出具有抗干扰性能的电平转换电路。系统具有扩展性好,分辨率高,测量范围宽,抗干扰性强等特点。
【Abstract】 Detection system uses master-slave distributed structure.The slave detection circuits adopt wide-range platinum thermistor sensor and improve the detection range by changing the feedback resistance of instrument amplifier.Over-sampling technique can increase the temperature resolution to 0.0061 centigrade degree.And the level conversation circuit with anti-interference performance is cleverly designed using the features of RS-232 and RS-485 interface signal.The system is in good scalability,high-resolution,wide range,anti-interference performance and so on.
